• Tell me about yourself I was born and grew up in Stefan Voda. I attended the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and received my master’s degree in Economics. I have worked for 2 years as a consultant in Chisinau for various companies. During the summers, I worked as a systems administrator for a small company to help pay for my education. I enjoy playing tennis in my free time and learning languages. I’m very interested in an entry level position in your company. I think that my qualifications and skills will allow me to do my best. • What's your biggest weakness? • I am too much of a perfectionist. • I work too hard sometimes. • I care too much about my work. • What are your strengths My strengths are excellent written and verbal communication skills. I can usually win people over to my point of view. Also, I’m competitive and like to excel at everything I do. My goal is to achieve results beyond the expectations of my supervisor. And last but not least, I’m very flexible and adaptable to new situations • Why should we hire you? You should hire me for several reasons. If your company hires me I would make efforts to effectuate a perfect work output in an immense way. My hard work will yield great results that could effect the growth of the company. • Why should we hire you? I wanted a new challenge. There wasn’t room for growth with my previous employer. • What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? When I do my work according to my plan and achieve my organizational goal. • What Motivates You? Learning new things has always been a great motivator for me. From every job I've had, I believe I've always been able to learn something new, or a new way to look at a problem. • What do you see yourself doing five years from now? I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in professional associations. • Are you a goal oriented person? I think I'm a goal-oriented person. I always try to have a strict mindset of what I want to accomplish and have and take the necessaryrisks to accomplish my dream. I know that I cannot reach my goal overnight, so when I make plans, I usually make both short-term and long-term plans. I feel very satisfied and happy whenever I achieveeach plan I’ve made. • Why are you interested in our company? The company’s good reputation and its successful strategies and values make everyone want to work for such a company.
