1.What legal system is the most efficient in your view? Why? What is the best legal system for Republic of Moldova in your view? Why? How can we improve the present legal system existing in our country? (33% of the grade.) If whe talk about contemporary legal systems of the world,based on some basic systems like: common law, religious law and civil law, I think that all of them lead a common struggle .The legal system of each country has its unique history and individual specifications. Although the civil one is the most popular (being applied in different forms in more than 150 countries), I don’t agree with its rule of interpretation, named ‘’the written form'' as Oliver Wendell said :‘’The life of the law has not been logic, it has been experience “which reflect that the law should not be limited only in logical quadrants. You can ‘t say that a legal system is good without experience. We could say that the civil system leads a fight with himself: the law forbids people to harm their citizens and also provides civil freedom to do what they want. In my opinion more successful system is the common one, from a practical standpoint as assign responsibilities for involved people in daily activities in such a way as to maximize effort value and minimize the price .From my point of view, it is more efficient because it puts man in the position to think, to do something ,to make effort for what he is fighting to win. The negative part ,in my opinion, is that it is based on the jurisprudence of the courts which reaches maximum level corruption. For me ,the religious system does not exist, it is far from development and modernization of the areas that are included here ( Afghanistan, Nigeria, Saudi, Vatican). Only by the small number of countries that use this kind of system we can speak about its effectiveness. This system finds no interest and it has no efficiency. ...
