The Information technologies or Information Systems are one of the key instruments in managing a business or any kind of organization. With nowadays rapidly changing world and technologies, a good manager should be as tight as possible with the trends in information technologies in order to use them in his management strategies. The revolution in technology pushed entire world to restructure the old models of operations. As many scholars are not afraid to claim that with the evolution of information systems, the different cultures are driven to a common era of globalization. Many argue that the intense process of globalization which started with the end of Cold War is not suitable for all cultures and their geo-economics strategies. But as statistics show us, the evolution of Information Systems is good for business from all perspectives. The apparition of internet into a fully developed international communications system has drastically reduced the costs of operating and transacting on a global scale. Communication between a factory in Shanghai and a distribution center in Odessa or Chisinau is now instant and virtually free. Customers can shop now in a worldwide marketplace, obtaining price and quality informational reliably 24 hours a day. Firms producing goods and services on a global scale achieve extraordinary cost reductions by finding low cost suppliers. Internet service firms, such as Google, eBay and Alibaba are able to replicate their business models and services in multiple countries without having to redesign their expensive fixed cost information system infrastructure.
