Summary The ECB included six min members of executive board. Everyone has responsible position, but the important is the president and Vice-president. ECB governed the national central bank with her interests’ rate beginning from January 1999 from now. But ECB have influence of decision – making process, too. Collaboration of national central bank and ECB is very efficient. The ECB carefully monitors their monetary policy and doesn’t give preference to any country. The ECB is smaller and has only 500 employees, it is in 20 times less than NCB. But, it is worthy of note, that staff of this 2 organization work in different directions. And in any case nation central bank will continue to exist.
