Standards / Technical regulations – the formal documentation containing the requirements that a product, process or service should comply with. A standard is a document that pins down the characteristics of a product or a service. These characteristics may cover design, weight, size, performance, environmental requirements, interoperability, materials, production process or service delivery or even the protocols that allow computers or mobile phones to connect to each other.
