System of economic information in enterprise diagnostics. In the course of the preliminary diagnostic research, the consultant must collect the necessary essential information about the activities of the company and its environment. The purpose of study is to analyse the resources of the enterprise, its economic activities, identify strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for improving results. Analysis and diagnosis require appropriate preparation and processing of input data, which are classified as follows: 1. general information about the enterprise. 2. information on the management system of technical and economic activities of the enterprise, which includes information on the type and structure, on management processes, on office equipment; 3. special information about the technology of the production process and the main production results; 4. Information on the economic activities of the enterprise; 5. data on financial results; 6. information on the labour resources and social development of the enterprise; 7. Information on the overall effectiveness of the technical and economic activities of the enterprise.
