Topic 5.Methods of structural analysis Structural methods are used by enterprises with diversified products or activities for positioning goods on the market according to various criteria, which can be: the stages of the product life cycle, the specific weight of each type of product in the total volume, the growth rate of sales volumes of each type of product, and so on. These methods allow you to take the right strategy in relation to a particular product or to a specific activity. The most popular methods of structural analysis are: ABC analysis, Hofer method, BCG method.
