Topic 11: Analysis of financial sustainability and enterprise independence. 1.1 Economic content and importance of the analysis of financial stability of the enterprise. Financial position of the enterprise is characterized by indicators of liquidity, solvency, financial stability, business activity. The financial stability of an enterprise determines long-term stability, in contrast to liquidity, i.е. characterizes the financial situation from the point of view of sufficiency and efficiency of use of own capital. Financially sustainable is an enterprise that, by its own capital, covers the funds invested in assets, does not allow unjustified receivables and payables, and pays back on time for its obligations. Financial sustainability, i.e enterprise independence from borrowed funds can be characterized by the ratio of own and borrowed funds.
