Def. Cooperation is the sharing by two or more companies a set of inputs in order to achieve a common final product (output). Economic cooperation – peculiarities → each partner contribute (inputs) to the joint activity and will be compensated by the results of this(outputs); → each partner keeps its entrepreneur quality (gives up renunta to present goods (inputs) in order to obtain future goods (outputs) => a cooperative relationship is not a market transaction (cooperation ≠ exchange) → each partner keeps its independence (subsidiary - parent company relationship or relations between subsidiaries of the same conglomerate are not qualified as cooperative relationships)
